Human Resource Manager

Description

•Works with assigned business unit, department or regional clients to assess needs, design recruitment plans and develops organization structures and talent plans.
•Develop, implement and manage a centralized recruiting process
•Develop performance management system and implement it across the organization
•Maintains and enhances programs that support Seven Beans culture, increase morale and increase retention.
•Creates updates and facilitates department training program. Regularly gathers feedback to evaluate training program and make changes as needed to remain competitive and current with technology and upgrades
•Works across departments to resolve issues
•Maintains a high level of proficiency in fundamental payroll practices and human resources.
•Ensure compliance with statuary and HR/labor Laws
•Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
•Strong Skills in Talent Acquisition and head hunting.
•Strong Potentiality in Recruitment Process Outsourcing.
